| Wayne's Reviews Trying to explain my taste in literature is sort of like trying to
explain what sort of dessert I like; pretty much everything but I have
my favourites. (Yummm... apple pie... yummmm...)

To be honest, I have a real weakness for big, fat, fantasy series. I
think it's because I like the depth that a big series allows a writer to develop.
Background and underlying plot is definitely as important as strong
characters. Originality is good but not necessarily a requirement. (I did
enjoy all of John Morressy's Greymantle books. I'm sure all he did was
use the search and replace function of his word processor to change names between books).

 | | | Rodger's Recommendations I have a rather simple three-tier rating system.
Zero: They killed trees for this book?
One: It's worth reading once; good fun, cool characters, interesting ideas, etc.
Two: For books that should be read again (and again and again...)
